what we design and build

Most of what we build is websites for brands with a lot to show and sell: product ranges, property portfolios, several markets, two languages. We design them, build them, and set up the tracking that tells you whether they're working.

We don't have a house platform. We pick the one that fits the job, once we've seen the content, the markets and who will run the site day to day. A site that's mostly pages that change now and then, with a close deadline, might go live on Framer in weeks. One where content arrives in volume, crosses markets or has to stay in step with product data might need a custom CMS on Laravel and Next.js. Either way, the written scope says which platform we chose and why, so you can question it before anything is built.

  • Corporate and brand websites
  • E-commerce websites, from product listings and search through cart and checkout
  • Product catalogues that link through to retailers or your own store
  • Custom CMS builds and migrations
  • Framer sites
  • Arabic and English sites, designed for both reading directions
  • GA4 tracking, set up and validated before launch

what a rebuild has to get right

A rebuild gets judged on how it looks in the pitch, and on how it works once it's live. Both start with design.

On a site with a big product range or several markets, good design is mostly about helping people find things: navigation that holds up at hundreds of pages, filters and comparisons that match how people actually shop, and layouts built for the phone first, because that's where most of the traffic comes from. We design page types and components as a system, so the tenth market or the five-hundredth product doesn't need a new design.

Speed belongs in that same early conversation, because it's settled by decisions made before the first page is built: how images are served, how much JavaScript each page carries, whether the server renders the page or leaves a visitor's phone to assemble it. Designed in, speed is cheap. Bolted on after launch, it means unpicking work you've already paid for, so find out which speed number Google actually grades before you set a target.

Then there's what your current site has already earned in search. Each page that ranks sits at an address other sites link to, and if the page moves without a redirect, Google eventually lets it go, along with whatever those links were worth. So before the design is final, we list every URL that carries traffic and give each one a destination, the unglamorous core of technical SEO. Your analytics history deserves the same care, and some suspicion too. A misconfigured tag can keep producing numbers, so a setup can be wrong for months before anyone questions a report. Since a rebuild replaces every template at once, it's the moment to set GA4 up properly and check each event before launch.

The rest is fixing what the old site never did well, and on a bilingual GCC site that means looking hard at the Arabic. Right-to-left text mirrors the reading order, the navigation and the directional icons, so a layout drawn for English and flipped at the end shows its seams. If nobody on the team reads Arabic, nobody spots them. It's worth knowing how to check an Arabic site properly before you sign off on one.

after launch

retainer

Most clients keep us on once the site is live. A monthly retainer covers updates, new pages and fixes, and the people who built the site stay the people looking after it.

handover

If you'd rather run it yourselves, we hand it over. What the handover includes is agreed in the scope, so you know before the project starts.

You don't have to choose on the first call.

how a project runs

  1. 01/

    discovery

We audit what you have before proposing anything: the platform, the content, the tracking, and the URLs that carry your search traffic.

  2. 02/

    direction

The findings become a written scope: page types, languages, platform, migration, timeline, and what the handover includes. The estimate comes from that scope, so every line of it has a reason you can read.

  3. 03/

    design

Concepts first, then the system behind them: layouts, components, and both languages where there are two.

  4. 04/

    development

The build, the content migration and the redirects, all tested before anything goes live.

  5. 05/

    data

GA4 events defined and checked before launch, so reporting starts clean.

  6. 06/

    delivery

Launch, then either a monthly retainer or a handover of everything in the scope.

before you hire us

How much does a website cost?

It depends on scope, so we don't quote before we've seen what the site has to do. Features move the number most: a product finder, a store locator, online booking or checkout, logins, or a link to your ERP or CRM each add real build and testing time. After that, it's how many distinct page types there are, how many languages, whether there's a migration, and what the CMS has to manage. After a first call we put the scope in writing and estimate from that.

How long does a website take?

Scope sets the timeline. A Framer site can be live in two weeks when the content is already written and there are only a few page types. A custom CMS with a migration typically takes eight to sixteen weeks for the initial build, and Arabic and English or several markets on one platform push it toward the longer end.

Can you rebuild our site without losing our Google rankings?

We protect what rankings depend on. Before launch we map every old URL that carries traffic to its new home and redirect it, and check that the new site can be crawled. On a site with several markets, that can run to thousands of redirects, each one checked. When URLs change, Google says to expect rankings to fluctuate for a while before they settle.

Can our team edit the site?

Yes, if you want to. The sites we build come with an editor your team can use. Most clients still leave the updates to us.

Do you build Arabic and English websites?

Yes. We design the right-to-left layout alongside the English one from the first sketch.

Is SEO included?

Yes, technical and on-page SEO: speed, sitemaps, redirects, titles and meta descriptions.

Do you work outside Dubai?

Yes. We're based in Dubai, and we work with clients globally.
